Exchanges & Returns
To summarise,
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used candles and wax melts.
However, in the event that you received a damaged or default where Mmm…Melts® is at fault, we will be able to accommodate a full refund, and within 30 days of purchase, as per UK online consumer rights.
Owing to this, we ask that you contact us via email at hello@mmmmelts.com, as well as, providing photographic evidence of the fault.
Alternatively, if you feel the need to exchange your items, or have simply changed your mind, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange, less postage costs.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or exchange your item(s) if you fail to contact us within the 14 day threshold.
Following this, the goods must be returned to us within a further 14 days, at your cost. Once again, failure to do so would mean that we cannot provide the refund.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, less postage.
